Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Research Associate. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, drafting reports, and presenting findings. Key responsibilities include supporting research projects, contributing to policy briefs, reviewing and synthesizing relevant literature, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to ensure actionable and practical implementation of public policies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Research and Data Analysis, including proficiency in statistical tools and techniques
• Strong skills in Written Communication, Report Writing, and creating Policy Briefs
• Ability to conduct Literature Reviews and synthesize findings effectively
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Masters degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related discipline preferred
• Experience in working with government agencies, NGOs, or research institutions is advantageous

Salary Range : 30,000 INR to 60,000 INR per month
