Solvent-Based Industrial Paint Research & Development

We are looking for an experienced professional in industrial solvent-based paint formulation (Alkyd, PU, Epoxy).

Department: Research & Development

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Education:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Paint
• PG: M.Tech in Paint / M.Sc / B.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience:

• Minimum 56 years in industrial solvent-based paint formulation

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in industrial paints & coatings (Alkyd, PU, Epoxy, etc.) formulation development

Handle technical issues during product development through research & experimentation

Identify and implement new technologies in solvent-based products

Prepare product test specifications

Knowledge of raw materials used in industrial paint systems

Maintain TDS & MSDS documentation

Develop customized colours as per customer requirements

Hands-on experience with paint testing instruments

Visit customer sites to resolve application-related issues

Standardize lab formulations for production

Ensure proper functioning, servicing & calibration of lab equipment
