Job Description:

Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE. Strong knowledge of SAFe framework; SAFe RTE / SPC certification preferred. Experience managing multi-team Agile programs and complex delivery environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

We need someone who has really played the RTE role in two or three programs and with experience dealing with US / UK senior stakeholders.

JD :

ClientOwned Agile Release Train Leadership

Lead one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for client programs, owning endtoend SAFe execution including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and ART ceremonies, ensuring alignment to client business outcomes and delivery commitments.

ProgramLevel Delivery & Dependency Management

Drive predictable delivery across multiple agile teams by managing crossteam dependencies, risks, impediments, and milestones in complex, enterprisescale client environments.

SAFe Coaching & WaysofWorking Enablement

Act as a SAFe expert and servant leader, coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and client stakeholders on SAFe principles, ART maturity, and continuous improvement practices.

Senior Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner closely with client Product Management, Business Owners, Architects, and Publicis Sapient leadership to align vision, roadmap, and execution, while confidently representing the RTE role in client forums and governance reviews.

Governance, Metrics & Outcome Transparency

Establish and report ARTlevel metrics (predictability, risks, dependencies, objectives achievement) to both client and internal leadership, driving Inspect & Adapt actions for continuous value delivery.
