Drive motor insurance business via OEM/dealer partnerships (2W & Car dealers), focusing on dealer engagement, business growth & smooth policy operations.

• Manage OEM dealer relationships
• Drive insurance sales via dealer network
• Ensure dealer activation & productivity
• Train dealer/F&I teams
• Handle policy issuance, renewals & endorsements
• Expand dealer network & tie-ups
• Track performance (sales, conversions, MIS)
• Resolve dealer/customer queries

• Relationship management & communication
• Motor insurance knowledge
• OEM/dealer operations understanding
• Sales-driven & target-oriented

• 15 yrs in motor insurance/OEM/dealer channel
• Experience with 2W/Car dealers preferred
• Broking/agency experience is a plus

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• Non-graduate with relevant experience

• Business generation (premium/revenue)
• Dealer activation & productivity
