Role Title: Relationship Manager


Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Business Group. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and customers while driving sales growth across a portfolio of SME and corporate insurance products, including fire, marine, employee benefits (EB), non-employee benefits (Non-EB), and other general insurance products.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and approach SME and corporate clients to offer insurance solutions tailored to their business needs.

Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and channel partners for business growth. Promote SME and corporate insurance products, including fire, marine, liability, employee benefits (EB), and non-employee benefits (Non-EB).

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by driving new business and renewing existing accounts.

Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance solutions to maximize revenue per client.

Onboard and train new POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents to expand the sales network.

Manage and support existing agents to enhance their productivity and engagement.

Conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations for channel partners.

Promote comprehensive insurance solutions tailored for SMEs, including:

Property Insurance (Fire, Burglary, and Allied Perils)

Marine Insurance (Inland and International Transit Coverage)

Employee Benefits (Group Health Insurance, Personal Accident, Gratuity)

Liability Insurance (Public, Product, and Professional Liability)

Business Interruption Insurance to safeguard SMEs against revenue losses


Qualifications:

Graduation or Masters degree in any stream

Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi, and any other local language are preferable
