Role Description:

Equitypandit is urgently seeking a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Mumbai to drive sales of its products and services. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to present offerings effectively. The role involves presentations, networking events, and client interactions, requiring a professional and personable approach.

  1. The Relationship Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and act as a bridge between clients and the company's offerings.
  2. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high service quality and identify new sales opportunities, and identify opportunities to provide value-added services or solutions.
  3. Additionally, the individual will analyse client needs, assist in achieving their financial goals, and work collaboratively with the internal teams to optimise client experiences.
  4. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure.


Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and services related to wealth creation
  • Proficiency in client management tools and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent time-management skills
  • Prior experience in financial services, relationship management, or similar roles is a plus
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
