Receptionist

Role Description:

We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company for full-time onsite role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities such as greeting and assisting guests, handle client interactions, managing phone calls, maintaining schedules and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the relevant departments
• Maintain visitor records and manage front desk activities
• Coordinate with the sales team for client appointments and site visits
• Provide basic information about projects to walk-in clients
• Manage incoming/outgoing couriers and office communication
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (real estate experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects and client handling is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently
