This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Daily responsibilities include performing clerical tasks, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with customer service inquiries. This role requires professional communication and the ability to ensure smooth office operations.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, ensuring professional and efficient handling of client calls and front desk activities
- Clerical Skills, such as managing schedules, organizing records, and carrying out daily administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build a positive client experience and interact effectively with team members
- Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., email, Word, Excel)
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work in a fast-paced office environment
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
