This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist position based in Chennai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls with professionalism, and managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating communication between clients and staff, maintaining records, and ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk environment.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Receptionist Duties, such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
• Proficient Clerical Skills, including organization, filing, and handling correspondence
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a positive and helpful experience for all visitors and callers
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail
• Previous receptionist or front desk experience is an advantage
