Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a React Engineer specializing in AI Agent Platform for Customer Experience (CX). The React Engineer will work closely with product teams to design, develop, and implement dynamic front-end features using React. Responsibilities include writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the engineer will also contribute to the overall user experience and interface design of the platform.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve the frontend of our core platform - the dashboard, conversation views, workflow builder, and analytics surfaces that our customers use daily
• Build performant, reusable component systems that scale as we add new channels and capabilities
• Work closely with backend and AI engineers to ship features that surface complex AI behavior through clean, intuitive interfaces
• Drive frontend architecture decisions - state management, API integration patterns, real-time data handling - and own performance, accessibility, and UX quality

What we're looking for

• 3+ years building production web applications with React
• Strong command of TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and the React ecosystem (hooks, context, routing)
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and ideally WebSocket-based real-time systems
• Good product instinct - you think about what the user needs

• Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant platforms
• Exposure to building conversational interfaces
