Lead the quality assurance team to monitor and evaluate international banking operations.
Develop and implement quality control frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits, reviews, and root cause analyses to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure adherence to compliance, risk management, and service delivery standards.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance quality awareness and operational excellence.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely resolution of escalations and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
