Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer with 10+ years of experience in construction quality management, including hands-on exposure to Casting Yards and Batching Plants. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a QA/QC In-Charge and be capable of ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and testing requirements across all construction activities.

Roles & Responsibilitie

• sImplement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at project sites
• .Ensure compliance with approved Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and project specifications
• .Supervise quality activities related to concrete production, batching plants, precast elements, and casting yard operations
• .Review and approve material inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation
• .Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, clients, and laboratories for quality inspections and approvals
• .Monitor concrete quality, mix designs, cube testing, and other material testing activities
• .Conduct internal quality audits and ensure closure of non-conformities
• .Maintain quality records, checklists, and documentation as per project requirements
• .Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues
• .Ensure adherence to applicable IS codes, project standards, and quality management systems
