Responsibilities

• Testing and Validation: Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure product functionality, performance, and stability
• Test Case Design: Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Bug Reporting & Tracking: Log and track bugs using issue tracking tools; collaborate with developers for timely fixes
• Automation: Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python/Java
• Regression & UAT: Perform regression, performance, and user acceptance testing for every release
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure product quality throughout the development cycle
• Feedback Loop: Continuously analyze QA processes and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field
• Proficiency in automation testing using Selenium
• Strong command over Python or Java for writing test scripts
• Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Understanding of QA principles, SDLC, and agile methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A Bachelors degree or currently enrolled in a technical degree program
• Passion for learning and enthusiasm for working in a high-growth startup
