We Are Hiring | Quality Assurance & Customer Support Engineer

Experience: 710 Years

Industry: Foundry / Casting / Machining / Auto Components

Location: Shiroli,Kolhapur - 416122

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Customer Support Engineer with strong knowledge of castings and machined components.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection of machined components after machining
Checking critical dimensions of cylinder head / components
Handle customer complaints / rejection reports and internal investigation
Understand customer drawings, specifications, tolerances
Coordinate with production and provide technical support to customers
Attend customer audits, NPD, and sample approvals

Preferred Candidate:

510 years experience in QA / Customer Quality / Customer Support
Experience in Foundry, C.I. Castings, Cylinder Head, Machining preferred
Good communication and problem-solving skills
