Hiring: Purchase Manager Procurement & Supply Chain (P2P)

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic Purchase Manager with strong experience in pharmaceutical procurement and supply chain (P2P) to manage end-to-end operations and support export-focused third-party manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
• Vendor management and cost optimization through negotiations
• Handle Loan License operations with WHO-GMP manufacturers
• Sourcing, import permits, and tender-based procurement
• Coordinate monthly shipments with CHA and logistics partners
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance
• Ensure inventory availability and regulatory compliance
• Lead and mentor procurement team

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in pharmaceutical procurement or supply chain
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of WHO-GMP and regulatory standards
• Excellent coordination and logistics management
• Team handling experience
