Job Description


We are seeking a proactive Purchase Associate with strong Advanced Excel skills to support procurement operations, invoice processing, and reconciliation activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate purchase transactions, vendor coordination, and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities


Process and post purchase invoices in the system with high accuracy

Match purchase orders (POs), goods receipts, and invoices (3-way matching)

Perform product price reconciliation and highlight discrepancies

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve purchase-related queries

Track purchase orders, deliveries, and pending invoices

Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit compliance

Support month-end closing by preparing reconciliation reports

Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities

Advanced Excel Requirements


Strong proficiency in:

Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

INDEX & MATCH

IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF functions

Conditional Formatting

Data Cleaning & Data Validation

Ability to manage large datasets and perform detailed reconciliations

Experience in preparing automated reports and dashboards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Ability to commute/relocate: Payyanur, Kannur, Kerala

Salary : INR 25,000+


Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: 4 years (Preferred)


Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Preferred)
