Overview

We are hiring a Project Manager (Junior) to support project execution, coordination, and tracking across multiple client and internal projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in tech + digital project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Assist in managing daily project activities and timelines

Follow up with team members on tasks and updates

Ensure tasks are tracked and updated regularly

Task & Timeline Management

Maintain trackers for ongoing projects

Ensure deadlines are communicated and followed

Support in planning sprints and task allocation

Communication

Coordinate between internal teams (dev, design, analytics)

Assist in client communication and status updates

Document meeting notes and action items

Documentation

Maintain project documentation, briefs, and requirements

Help structure tasks clearly for development teams

Required Skills

02 years of experience (internship or full-time) in project coordination or similar roles

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Basic understanding of websites, apps, or digital marketing

Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel

Good to Have

Exposure to tools like Jira, Notion, Trello

Basic understanding of GA4, GTM, or digital campaigns

Interest in MarTech, automation, or analytics
