Prabal Ply is a growing plywood and wood panel brand committed to delivering durable, high-quality products to the construction and interior industry. As we expand our presence across West Bengal and East India, we are looking for energetic professionals to strengthen our project and institutional sales network.

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and institutional buyers to generate project business and increase brand specification.

Only candidates from building materials or related industries will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Institutional Sales Generate business from real estate projects, contractors, builders, and institutional clients Visit project sites, developers, and commercial projects regularly Coordinate with purchase teams and site engineers Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Architect & Interior Designer Network Build strong relationships with architects and interior designers Conduct product presentations and sample meetings Get Prabal Ply products specified in ongoing and upcoming projects

Market Development Identify new project opportunities in assigned territory Track competitor activities and market trends Expand brand visibility in premium and institutional segments

Government & Tender Support Support in tracking government and institutional opportunities Coordinate for vendor registrations and approvals where required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline 25 years experience in project or institutional sales Preferred industries: Plywood | Laminates | Paints | Tiles | Hardware | Sanitaryware | Building Materials Strong communication and relationship management skills Languages: Bengali, Hindi & English Willingness to travel across West Bengal
