Project Manager

Role Summary

We need a Technical Project Manager who will own end-to-end delivery of our workflow automation and intelligent process programs. This person will work across three teams development, delivery, and operations and be the single point of accountability for project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. This is not a passive coordination role; we need someone who understands technology deeply enough to challenge estimates, review technical decisions, and drive adoption of modern AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master project plan for workflow and automation rollouts across AP, AR, and GL towers, managing multiple concurrent workstreams through structured sprint cycles.
• Coordinate daily across development, delivery, and operations teams aligning priorities, resolving dependencies, and ensuring no workstream is blocked.
• Run sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) with discipline.
• Produce weekly status reports for leadership clear, concise, and honest on progress, risks, and timeline impacts. No sugar-coating.
• Manage client-side readiness dependencies including multi-entity and multi-geography go-lives, and handle deferral or escalation communications professionally.
• Work directly with developers on task breakdown, effort estimation, acceptance criteria, and sprint commitment. You should be able to read a pull request, understand a CI/CD pipeline, and spot when estimates don't add up.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) within the team lead by example with hands-on usage.
• Coordinate with external vendors and platform partners on licensing, compliance, SLA adherence, and SOP enforcement.
• Manage escalations end-to-end from root cause identification through formal response drafting to process change implementation.
• Maintain documentation hygiene project charters, decision logs, SOPs, and runbooks stay current, not stale.

Must-Have Requirements

• 810 years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years leading technology delivery projects in fintech, supply chain, or BPM domains.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams (development + delivery + operations) on workflow automation, RPA, or low-code/no-code platform implementations.
• Hands-on, daily usage of AI coding tools specifically Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor. We will validate this in the interview; familiarity alone is not sufficient.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), version control workflows (Bitbucket/Git), and deployment processes.
• Meticulous planning habits the project plan is updated daily, not retroactively before a review meeting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English capable of drafting client-facing emails, formal escalation responses, vendor communications, and executive summaries independently.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities across multiple clients and geographies.

Good to Have

• Experience with workflow and BPM platforms such as Kissflow, Zoho Qntrl, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar.
• Understanding of F&A domain processes accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, general ledger.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
• Experience with infrastructure management server provisioning, monitoring, and incident response.
• Prior experience in an IT services or BPO/BPM company serving global clients.
