Role Overview

We're looking for a hands on Project Manager to own end-to-end execution of creative projects from brief to final delivery.

You'll work closely with designers, clients, and internal teams to manage timelines, align expectations, and keep projects moving without delays.

If you're strong in client communication, thrive in fast paced environments, and can handle multiple projects without dropping the ball, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution from brief to final delivery across multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving issues swiftly
• Collaborate closely with designers and internal teams to keep workflows moving without delays
• Track project progress, flag risks early, and drive solutions proactively
• Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders at every stage

Key Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver consistently
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
