Drive endtoend delivery of technology programs covering design, build, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate closely with architects and engineering leads to define technical roadmaps and ensure architectural alignment.
Conduct technical feasibility assessments, effort estimations, and detailed solution walkthroughs.
Monitor code quality, adherence to design standards, system integrations, and overall system performance.
Build and manage project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones with disciplined governance frameworks.
One must have Good knowledge about Project Management Activities (like how to manage scope and related changes, Cost/budget management, and timelines.)
Having technical understanding like .Net, Salesforce, Pega, SQL-Server.
Good at Team management skills - Team spread in multiple geo location.
How the Utilization and billing is carries out in Service based Projects
What kindly of projects candidate worked upon - Candidate must have good exposure to PM activities in Service based organization and major focus on Staff Aug/TM engagement
