Project Manager | Cloud Implementations | EDI & Enterprise Integrations | US Projects | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead customer-facing technology implementation projects involving cloud-based solutions, enterprise integrations, EDI, MFT, and data exchange platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff to successful delivery

Drive project execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives

Conduct project planning, status reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder meetings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including implementation engineers, technical consultants, and business stakeholders

Provide regular project updates to customer leadership and internal management

Ensure effective resource planning, forecasting, and budget management

Build strong customer relationships and drive successful project outcomes

Required Experience:

7+ years of Project Management experience in technology-driven environments

Experience delivering cloud-based software or enterprise technology solutions

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects

Strong organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP Certification

Experience with EDI, MFT, Data Integration, B2B Integration, or File Transfer Technologies

Exposure to Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools

Background in SaaS, Cloud Solutions, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Software implementations

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
