Bridgestone Global Capability Center (GCC) is looking for a talented Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our growing team. If you're passionate about Agile delivery, team collaboration, and driving successful project outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlog
• Track delivery progress, manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate release planning and readiness across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by coaching Agile teams and promoting best practices.
• Prepare delivery dashboards, governance reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage project governance, resource planning, and cost tracking.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid delivery models, and DevOps principles.

Experience working with cross-functional, product-centric teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Exposure to Scaled Agile environments is an advantage
