About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and execution mind set driven Project Management Intern to join our team.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of client implementations, assist in onboarding workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams and help ensure successful project execution. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment while gaining hands-on exposure to project management, client communication and SaaS operations.

What Youll Work On

Client Implementations

• Support onboarding and deployment activities for new clients / pilots
• Assist in tracking implementation progress and timelines

Integration & Configuration

• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, configurations, and setup activities
• Help document technical requirements and workflows

Project Planning & Execution

• Assist in creating project plans, trackers and milestone updates
• Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks

Stakeholder Coordination

• Support communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting notes / documentation

Reporting & Metrics

• Maintain project trackers and dashboards
• Share regular updates on project status, blockers, and progress

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously
• Maintain project timelines, documentation and status reports
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for deployment-related activities
• Proactively track risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders
• Support onboarding activities alongside Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams
• Help standardise processes and documentation for smoother project execution

Requirements

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Final Semester), Management, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in Project Management, SaaS implementation or enterprise software delivery
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum or project management concepts
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations and cloud-based platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Interest in learning new tools for project management and task management
• Basic familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have Skills

• Understanding to AI/ML-based SaaS products
• Basic knowledge of APIs & Work flows
• Internship or academic project experience in client-facing or technical roles
