Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Lead to oversee cross-functional operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments including Customer Support, Sales, and Social Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, tracking metrics, and delivering actionable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across Customer Support, Sales, Social Media, and Operations
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics across all departments
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and analysis for leadership review
• Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements for efficiency and productivity
• Ensure alignment of all functions with business goals and timelines
• Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication
• Monitor KPIs, team performance, and adherence to targets
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution across departments
• Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and performance trackers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Lead or in a similar role
• Strong experience in cross-functional team handling
• Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and MIS management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, reporting)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing Customer Support, Sales, or Social Media teams
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
• Strong understanding of performance tracking and business metrics
