Project Coordinator (Interior Fitout)

A design and execution practice in Noida sector 2, is hiring a Project Coordinator with 02 years of experience to support interior projects focused on customized residential spaces for children. The role involves assisting in project coordination, vendor communication, and site execution across detail-oriented interior projects.

Customized residential interiors involving furniture and styling elements

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating interior projects across planning and execution stages

Coordinate with vendors and site teams to align schedules and requirements

Support site visits to track progress and report updates

Assist in maintaining project documentation including schedules and reports

Support execution by ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications

Coordinate internally to track timelines and task updates

Assist in material coordination and basic procurement tracking

Support project handover and client communication processes

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

02 year of experience or internship exposure in interiors, design, or related field

Basic understanding of interior drawings and layouts is preferred

Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage

Willingness to travel for site visits within the city

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage tasks and follow timelines

Work Schedule:

• Location: Noida Sector 2
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm)
