At Eratronics, we execute turnkey telecom and instrumentation projects for Indias leading PSU (Oil & Gas) clients GAIL, ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, and BPCL.

From blueprint to handover, our work spans the entire lifecycle: survey, design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning. Our project portfolio includes OFC-based MPLS-TP networks, CCTV, IP-PBX, VHF/UHF radio, access control, video conferencing, and associated cabling infrastructure deployed across Oil & Gas and Power Sector sites including POWERGRID and NTPC.

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with hands-on PSU project execution background.

What Youll Own:

End-to-end coordination of active site deployments

Materials expediting and vendor follow-ups

Inspection scheduling and execution tracking

Client and PSU stakeholder communication

Logistics alignment across teams and sites

This is a hands-on role with site travel, working directly with execution teams and reporting to the Project Manager.

What Were Looking For:

812 years in project coordination on EPC, telecom infrastructure, oil & gas, or power sector projects

Prior experience on OFC, MPLS-TP, or instrumentation EPC projects for PSU clients is mandatory

Hands-on experience with FAT/SAT, site commissioning, third-party inspections, BOQ, and PSU documentation

Strong grip on deliveries, inspections, and vendor management

Comfortable dealing with clients, contractors, and government bodies

Sharp documentation and reporting discipline

Based in or open to relocating to Navi Mumbai (on-site role)

Engineering degree or related background preferred

Candidates with hands-on PSU project site execution experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
