We're Hiring: Project Coordinator Client Operations


Location: Coimbatore

Experience Level: 01 year (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project coordination activities. This role involves managing client communications, scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring smooth follow-ups to drive timely project execution.


Key Responsibilities :


Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and manage internal and client meetings
  • Maintain and update calendars for project stakeholders
  • Ensure all participants are informed and prepared

Meeting Notes & Documentation

  • Attend client and internal meetings
  • Capture clear, structured meeting notes (MoMs Minutes of Meeting)
  • Share notes with stakeholders and highlight key action items

Client Communication

  • Send follow-up emails after meetings
  • Provide regular (weekly) project updates to clients
  • Maintain professional and timely communication

Task Tracking & Follow-ups

  • Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Follow up with internal teams on pending items
  • Remind stakeholders of deadlines and deliverables

Coordination & Execution Support

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth flow of information across stakeholders
  • Support project managers in execution and reporting


Required Skills & Qualifications


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accountability
  • Basic understanding of project coordination


Tools (Good to Have)

  • MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Email management tools
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion

Preferred Background

  • Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field
