Program Manager - Enterprise SMB

We are hiring | Program Manager Jio Enterprise SMB

Jio Enterprise SMB is looking for high-potential Program Managers to help build and scale new businesses across multiple verticals.

This is not a conventional strategy role. You will work on businesses that are being built from the ground upshaping the operating plan, defining go-to-market approach, creating channel programs, and driving execution with cross-functional teams.

What you will work on:

Co-owning annual operating plans and growth initiatives

Designing and executing segment channel GTM strategies

Building channel programs and ensuring on-ground adoption

Creating processes, systems, and operating rhythms for scale

Driving business outcomes, including revenue and P&L-linked priorities, for identified segments/verticals

We are looking for professionals with 46 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, growth, category management, or high-impact program management roles.

Preferred profile:

Top-tier MBA with a strong engineering/technical undergraduate background

Strong problem-solving and structured-thinking capability

Ability to move from strategy to execution and own outcomes

Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
