We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Program Manager Python Training to join our growing team.

Role Description:
The Program Manager Python Training will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of training programs, coordinating with trainers, candidates, and internal teams, and ensuring smooth program delivery. The role includes maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, resolving operational challenges, and managing training documentation and reports.
Additionally, the role involves delivering Python training sessions, mentoring candidates, preparing training materials, evaluating learner performance, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience. This is a full-time Work From Home position requiring strong coordination, Python expertise, organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily training batches to ensure smooth and efficient program execution.
Act as the primary point of contact between trainers, candidates, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Monitor batch progress, track milestones, and ensure training activities are completed according to schedule.
Identify, resolve, and escalate operational issues to maintain uninterrupted program delivery.
Maintain accurate schedules, attendance records, training reports, and other program documentation.
Coordinate trainer and candidate onboarding, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Track daily tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Prepare regular progress reports and share updates with management.
Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending operational enhancements.
Ensure a positive learning experience for candidates by addressing queries and coordinating timely support.

Python Training Responsibilities

Deliver Python training sessions based on the defined curriculum.
Prepare and update Python training materials, presentations, assignments, and coding exercises.
Mentor and guide candidates by providing technical support and resolving learning queries.
Evaluate candidate performance through assignments, assessments, coding exercises, and projects.
Monitor candidate progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Ensure training sessions are interactive, practical, and aligned with industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest Python concepts and incorporate industry best practices into training delivery.

Requirements :

Basic understanding of Python programming with the ability to deliver Python training sessions.

Good to have: Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and an interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with trainers, candidates, and internal teams.
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Good time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner to learners.
Experience in conducting technical training, mentoring, or teaching Python is preferred.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet deadlines while working remotely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Candidates with a strong foundation in Python programming and an interest in training and program management are encouraged to apply.
