Location : Whitefield, Bangalore
Purpose We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Project Manager to lead complex cross functional initiatives and ensure seamless delivery of strategic business projects. The role requires strong operational planning, stakeholder management, and governance capabilities to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple programs, coordinating across functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and delivering measurable operational and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive annual and quarterly operational planning in partnership with functional leaders.
- Translate business priorities into executable initiatives with defined owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure consistent execution cadence and alignment across teams.
- Lead delivery governance for key business initiatives related to efficiency, scalability, process optimization, cost reduction, and compliance.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Identify risks and execution gaps and drive timely resolution.
- Establish operating rhythms including weekly project reviews, monthly business reviews, and QBRs.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, project milestones, and initiative health.
- Provide leadership with insights, trends, and risks to enable faster decision-making.
- Define governance structures, escalation mechanisms, and decision forums for project execution.
- Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through on commitments and leadership decisions.
- Monitor initiative-level budgets, cost savings, productivity gains, and operational benefits.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting, capacity planning, and ROI tracking while supporting cost optimization initiatives.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvement opportunities across functions.
- Standardize execution frameworks, templates, and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma principles.
- Act as a key execution partner to functional leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare executive dashboards, program reviews, and performance reports for leadership.
- Drive transparency, alignment, and effective communication across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in Project / Program Management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, telecom, aerospace, or technology-driven environments.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs and multi-project environments.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and operational planning.
- Experience in budget tracking, cost optimization, and ROI analysis.
- Certification such as PMP / Prince2 / Lean Six Sigma is an added advantage.
