Are you right for this role?

Must-Haves

• 2 to 6 years experience at top consumer product startup or SaaS start up
• Strong portfolio on data-heavy or analytics products - dashboards, reporting interfaces, financial platforms (user research, usability testing, or behavioral data informing design decisions)
• Has set up or owned a design system at a previous company, with visible evidence (component libraries, documentation)
• Proficient with Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
• Available to start in less than 45 days.

Good-to-Haves

• Experience designing for fintech, ecommerce, or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Actively uses AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and design workflows
• Experience with motion design for product interactions and prototyping using tools like ProtoPie, Rive, Lottie or After Effects.

The Role

This is a product design role focused on simplifying complex financial and operational workflows into intuitive product experiences.

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and exploration to production-ready UI and implementation support.
• Translate complex financial and operational information into intuitive experiences for users with varying levels of data and financial familiarity.
• Build and maintain a consistent design system across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout the development process.
• Conduct user interviews, gather feedback and iterate on the product experience.
