Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee/Process Developer AR Invoice to Cash Applications Responsibilities: - Invoice Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of insurance invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Cash Application: Accurately apply cash receipts to customer accounts ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation of payments to maintain financial integrity. - Accounts Receivable Oversight: Monitor outstanding invoices and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to optimize cash flow and minimize delinquencies. - Client Communication: Engage with clients to resolve complex billing inquiries and disputes providing clear and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction. - Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable records with customer statements addressing discrepancies promptly to ensure accuracy. - Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on invoice status cash flow and accounts receivable metrics offering insights for strategic management decision-making. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and enhancements in the invoice-to-cash cycle driving initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy. - MinimumQualifications
