Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)
Shift & Schedule
Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone)
Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
Monday to Friday Working
Salary & Benefits
In-hand Salary: 15,000 19,000 per month
Free Cab Drop after Night Shift
Subsidized Meals + Travel Allowance
Attendance Bonus: 1,000/month

Job Role
Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers
Resolve queries with accuracy and professionalism
Deliver empathetic and customer-focused support
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Comfortable working in night shifts
