About the Role:
At Allplan, part of the Nemetschek Group, we are transforming how software and AI solutionsare monetized across the AEC and infrastructure ecosystem. We are looking for a Pricing & Packaging Manager to drive our global monetizationstrategy across software, SaaS, and emerging AI offerings. This is a high-impact role at theintersection of product, commercial strategy, and innovation with direct influence onrevenue growth and margin expansion.
What Youll Do:
Shape Pricing Strategy
Define and execute value-based pricing strategies across software and AI solutions.
Design pricing models including subscription, multi-year licensing (1, 2, 3-year terms),usage-based, and token-based AI pricing.
Continuously optimize pricing to improve revenue, margin, and price realization
Drive Packaging & Verticalization
Develop solution packaging tailored to key industry verticals including criticalinfrastructure and AEC
Create differentiated bundles aligned with customer segments and use cases.
Align packaging with product strategy and roadmap.
Lead AI Monetization:
Define pricing approaches for AI capabilities (e.g., tokenization, consumption-basedmodels, tiered offerings).
Partner with Product and Engineering to align pricing with AI cost structures and delivered value.
Enable the Go-To-Market Engine:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop clear pricing communication and positioning.
Create sales tools and collateral.
Deliver training and enablement for global sales teams.
Support strategic deals and pricing decisions.
Own Discounting & Deal Governance:
Establish pricing guardrails, discounting frameworks, and approval processes.
Guide enterprise and multi-year deal structures while maintaining pricing discipline.
Operate Globally:
Adapt pricing strategies across regions, considering market dynamics, willingness topay, and competitive positioning.
Measure & Optimize:
Track and improve key metrics such as margin, discount levels, win rates, and pricing effectiveness.
Use data and experimentation to continuously refine strategy.
What You Bring
610+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, or product strategy within software or SaaS.
Proven track record in:
Value-based pricing and packaging
Subscription and usage-based business models
Commercializing new offerings (AI experience is a strong plus)
Strong understanding of:
Enterprise B2B sales environments.
Experience working across global markets and cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
