Job Description

Engineering Leadership Hands-on Build and optimize Power BI semantic models large datasets, incremental refresh, aggregations, composite models. Lead performance tuning across DAX, VertiPaq, query folding, relationships, visuals, and CUcapacity consumption. Establish and enforce coding standards for DAX, Power Query M, naming conventions, modularization, and documentation. Microsoft Fabric experience: Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, Semantic models, Direct Lake. Delivery Program Leadership Lead a team of BI developersmodelers; run sprint planning, prioritization, and dependency management. Manage delivery of BI use cases from discovery design build SITUAT release hypercare. Own stakeholder communications: status, risks, mitigation plans, and adoption metrics. Leadership Expectations Acts as single-threaded owner for BI architecture decisions and delivery quality. Coaches the team; sets standards; handles escalations with clarity and accountability. Operates with an enterprise-first mindset: reusable patterns, governed self-service, controlled complexity.
