Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality, and business objectives. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence, preferably within PLM environments such as the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.


Job Location- Hinjewadi Phase-1

Work Mode- WFO

Experience- 12 to 18 Years


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project delivery with full accountability for timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive predictable delivery through strong governance, proactive risk management, and zero-surprise execution.
  • Take ownership of project P&L, ensuring profitability through effective planning, estimation, and resource utilization.
  • Act as the single point of ownership for stakeholders, managing expectations, escalations, and communication independently.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver as one unit, ensuring alignment across clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage scope, change control, and dependencies to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and drive timely mitigation to avoid impact on delivery.
  • Drive quality through structured reviews, clear acceptance criteria, and release readiness governance.
  • Track delivery metrics and continuously improve execution, efficiency, and delivery maturity.
  • Contribute to business growth through effective estimations, solutioning, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop team members, building strong delivery capability and leadership pipeline.

Experience

  • Relevant 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management roles
  • Experience managing mid to large-scale, multi-team projects , Multiple project simultaneously
