Job Responsibilities

Client mapping and getting the open vacancy and On the Job Training (OJT) for the

undergrad and grad students.

Counselling the students and preparing them for the interviews with the clients.

Centre and partner visits and ensuring orientation program is done with all the enrolled

students.

Continuously mining new open positions and increasing employer base.

Ensuring placement of all the students enrolled in the course

Ensuring OJT/ Offer letters & OJT Completion letters are collected with the respective

clients on time.

Ensuring achievements of the placement targets.

Scheduling and conducting candidate screening, evaluation and interviews (phone and inperson

Taking care of the entire student lifecycle after enrolment

Counselling students for onboarding and attending the interview

Collecting of the documents and testimonials

Maintaining the database

Maintaining and updating the reports and dashboards

Scheduling roundtable of CXO,CHROs
