Placement Executive

We are looking for candidates with a background in soft skills training to join our Placement Department. The ideal candidate should have 24 years of experience in core placement activities, including corporate outreach, student data management, and placement drive coordination.

:

~ Building and maintaining relationships with companies for student placements

~ Managing and updating student placement data and records

~ Mentoring students on employability skills, including interview readiness and professional grooming

~ Guiding students on interview etiquette, communication, and dressing

~ Planning and executing campus recruitment drives effectively

~ The candidate should be well-versed in handling end-to-end placement processes and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Masters degree in relevant field.
• Soft skills trainer background.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
