Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Placement Coordinator who can efficiently manage end-to-end placement activities, build strong corporate relationships, and ensure maximum student placements. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about recruitment, client management, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end placement process from sourcing to final selection

Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, recruiters, and companies

Coordinate with students regarding job openings, interviews, and placement drives

Organize and manage campus drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring events

Screen, shortlist, and match candidates based on client requirements

Provide interview preparation support including resume guidance and mock sessions

Maintain and update placement database, reports, and trackers

Follow up with companies for feedback, selection status, and offer releases

Ensure smooth communication between candidates and employers

Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of placement & recruitment lifecycle

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Good client handling and negotiation skills

Strong coordination and relationship management abilities

Qualification

Any Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
