Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our team. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for building strong corporate relationships, managing placement activities, and ensuring maximum career opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for student placements and internships.
• Plan, organize, and execute campus placement drives, job fairs, and industry sessions.
• Understand the industry requirements and align student skills through workshops, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions.
• Maintain a database of students and track their placement status.
• Collaborate with the academic and training team to identify skill gaps and recommend additional training if required.
• Regularly communicate with students regarding available opportunities and guide them throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure placement targets are achieved and provide regular reports to management.
• Act as a brand ambassador of Engineer Sahab Education in all corporate interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Management, Education, or related field.
• 02 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or recruitment (experience in the education/training sector preferred).
• Strong network with companies, startups, and recruitment agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet placement targets.
