Job Title: Physical Verification Engineer (3+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Physical Verification Engineer to perform block and full-chip level verification for advanced semiconductor designs. The candidate will ensure design compliance with foundry rules and support successful tape-out.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Physical Verification checks: DRC, LVS, ERC, ANTENNA

Debug and resolve layout vs schematic mismatches and DRC violations

Ensure designs meet foundry and technology rule requirements

Work closely with Physical Design, Layout, and Circuit teams

Support tape-out activities and sign-off closure

Develop and improve verification flows and automation scripts.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in Physical Verification

Hands-on experience with tools like Calibre or Pegasus

Strong understanding of DRC, LVS, ERC methodologies

Knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals and layout concepts

Exposure to advanced nodes (e.g., 7nm/5nm) is a plus

Basic scripting knowledge (Perl/Python/Shell)

Education:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / VLSI or related field
