Hiring: Personal Assistant + Operations Coordinator (Remote)
About Me
Im a Sales Trainer & Consultant working with multiple online coaching businesses and brands to improve their sales processes and team performance.
- Worked in sales & digital marketing since 2017
- Experience of 1,20,000+ sales calls
- Currently training multiple sales teams across clients
- Previously part of large-scale events (4,000+ paid attendees)

Role Objective
Im looking for a Personal Assistant + Operations Coordinator who can help me:
Manage operations
Ensure execution across teams
Support content creation workflows
So that I can focus on growth, clients, and content
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Data Management
- Maintain and manage Google Sheets dashboards
- Track:
- Leads generated
- Calls done by team members
- Missing data / gaps
- Follow-ups & conversions
- Identify inconsistencies and flag issues proactively
- Prepare daily / weekly reports
2. Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Coordinate with:
- Client sales teams
- Internal stakeholders
- Take follow-ups on:
- Task completion
- Call updates
- Data updates
- Ensure accountability across teams
You will act as the execution driver
3. Meeting Management (Very Important)
- Attend or watch training recordings
- Create structured MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Share action items with teams
- Track completion of tasks
4. Content & Social Media Support
- Use training recordings to:
- Extract content ideas
- Create scripts (with ChatGPT support)
- Coordinate with video editor
- Assist in:
- Reels / carousel content
- Content research
- Structuring ideas
5. Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage meetings & schedules
- Help in setting up client calls
- Ensure smooth time management
6. Business Growth Support
- Assist in outreach & scheduling
- Support in projects like:
- Public speaking engagement & application outreach
- Content systems
- Workflow improvements
Skills RequiredMust Have:
- Google Sheets / Excel (Intermediate)
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with ChatGPT / AI tools
- Strong follow-up & coordination ability
Good to Have:
- Canva / basic video editing
- CRM tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Understanding of sales processes
