We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager E-commerce for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this role, you will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms to drive e-commerce sales and growth. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring paid media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, optimizing ad spend, and collaborating with creative teams to develop effective marketing strategies tailored to e-commerce goals. You will also research and implement the latest industry trends to ensure campaign success.

• Proficiency in PPC campaign management, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
• Experience with e-commerce marketing strategies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer acquisition funnels.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
• Experience in budgeting and allocating advertising spend effectively.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with creative teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
