What You'll Do

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for leads, conversions, ROAS, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

What We're Looking For

• 24 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and campaign performance analysis.
• Good knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing.
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
