Role Description:

We are hiring a Performance Marketer for a full-time, on-site role at our Lanco Hills, Hyderabad office.

The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), search engines, and display networks. The role includes performance tracking, A/B testing, budget optimization, and close collaboration with creative teams to drive high conversions and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and programmatic advertising
• Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization and reporting
• Experience with SEO, SEM, keyword research, and ad copywriting
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools
• Understanding of audience segmentation and customer journey mapping
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
