Performance Marketer

We are hiring a performance marketer to own paid acquisition at Niwi, a fast growing nutrition and dietician service based in Noida.

This is not a "boost posts and report impressions" role. You will be running real campaigns with real budgets, and your work will directly show up in revenue numbers.

What you will own:

• Meta Ads end to end: campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, scaling, and budget management
• Google Ads: Search, and Performance Max campaigns
• Weekly reporting on CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion metrics
• Working closely with the growth head to test new creatives, offers, and landing page angles
• Flagging what is not working and suggesting what to test next

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads (not just managing someone else's account)
• You can read data and tell a story from it, not just export a report
• You understand the difference between a CPL problem and a conversion problem
• Comfortable in Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and basic GA4
• Bonus: experience in health, wellness, D2C, or service-based businesses

What this is not:

• A training ground to learn how to run ads for the first time
• A role where you wait for someone to tell you what to do
• A place for people who are satisfied with "campaigns are running fine"

Work setup:

• Monday to Friday: in office, Noida
• Saturday: fixed work from home
• Sunday off
