Performance Marketer / E-commerce Growth Manager

Lights and Living is a rapidly growing premium lighting brand. With a highly successful physical retail store in Bangalore and a rapidly growing online presence, we are aggressively scaling our e-commerce operations across PAN India. We have a proven product-market fit and are building an in-house powerhouse team to take our revenue to the next level.

The Role:

This is not a remote agency gig where you just monitor a dashboard. You will sit alongside the founder, our operations lead, and our content creator right in our Bangalore showroom. We need someone who can transition our digital strategy from "harvesting" existing demand to "hunting" for new customers. You will take full ownership of our paid acquisition, retention marketing, and our organic SEO growth.

What You Will Do:

* Paid Acquisition: Manage and scale Meta Ads (Broad, Advantage+ Shopping) and Google Ads (PMax, Search) to drive top-of-funnel customer acquisition.

* Organic Growth & SEO: Optimize Shopify product titles, meta descriptions, and image alt-text. Manage our Google Business Profile to drive local foot traffic and identify high-volume keywords to build our organic search presence.

* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): A/B test creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to ensure the website converts traffic into sales efficiently.

* Retention Marketing: Build and manage automated WhatsApp recovery sequences, abandoned cart flows, and promotional email blasts.

* Team Collaboration: Work daily with our in-house Content Creator to direct what video assets you need for ads, and sync with our E-commerce Operations team so ad spend aligns with our physical inventory.

What We Are Looking For:

* 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads specifically for D2C e-commerce brands.

* Strong understanding of Shopify, backend analytics, and foundational On-Page/Local SEO.

* A "founder's mentality." You care about total revenue growth and net profit, not just vanity metrics like clicks and likes.
