ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a curious, data-driven individual to join our marketing team as a Performance

Marketer. You'll manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads,

helping us drive measurable growth. This is a great opportunity for a fresher who is passionate

about digital advertising and eager to learn fast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Monitor campaign performance daily CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL and make data-backed

optimisations

Write and test ad copy, headlines, and creatives to improve engagement and conversions

Set up audience targeting, retargeting lists, and lookalike audiences

Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Assist with landing page feedback and A/B testing to improve conversion rates

Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (coursework, certifications, or

personal projects count)

Understanding of key paid media metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate

Comfortable working with data Excel / Google Sheets is a must

Good written communication skills for ad copywriting

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

GOOD TO HAVE

Google Ads Certification

Meta Blueprint Certification

Google Analytics / GA4

Basic knowledge of SEO

Canva / basic design sense Prior internship in digital marketing
