1. Endtoend India payroll experience : Should have managed endtoend India payroll including input validation, payroll processing, statutory deductions, reconciliation, and postpayroll queries. handled new joiners, transfers, salary revisions, and master data changes.


2. Payroll accuracy & controls : Ensure accuracy through input validation, makerchecker controls, reconciliation between payroll register and HRMS, and final variance checks.


3. Workday / HRMS exposure : Worked on Workday HCM and Payroll reports for data validation, compensation changes, and payroll reconciliation. Supported audits and UAT activities.


4. Exit management & FNF : Manage exits endtoend including coordination for clearances, validation of recoveries, leave encashment, bonus payouts, and timely Full & Final settlement processing. Coordinate with IT for asset recovery, Finance for recoveries and payouts, and Admin for clearances, ensuring No Dues completion before FNF signoff.


5. Audit & compliance : Support payroll and HR audits by sharing accurate data, maintaining reconciliations, validating reports, and ensuring closure of audit observations on time.


6. SOPs : Create and updated SOPs to standardize payroll and HR processes, reduce dependency risks, and ensure audit readiness and consistency.


7. Employee queries & escalations : Handle queries with clear explanation backed by calculations and policy. For escalations, ensure timely resolution while maintaining policy compliance.


8. Reporting & analytics : Worked on payroll accuracy reports, SLA metrics, audit trackers, and monthly HR dashboards using Excel and system reports.
